What's your magic sauce in sales?

Mine is more obvious than you'd think. In sales, I believe emotional intelligence can get you far. Being approachable is so important. Your clients need to feel comfortable with you, and you want them to be able to open up. When they finally do, you need to listen and then can truly find out what their needs and wants are.

That's what it is for me to be successful. It's not just about being invested in the sales, it's being invested in your clients as well.
